You may subscribe to the webinars and live sessions we will be organizing frequently with the faculty. Information about the same will be emailed to you and updated on http://www.educeum.org.In case of any particular course related queries, you could email us at support@educeum.org and we will ensure the same is shared with the faculty. We will revert with their response.
Your name would have been matched to your registration details. If there is a change in the way you are addressed, or would like your name to appear on the certificate, please send us the details on support@educeum.org . We will revert with the modified certificate.
Once you pay and enroll for a course, you will receive an e-receipt on your registered email ID.
Please send us an email on support@educeum.org with the reasons for availing of a refund. We will process the same after due consideration. The payout will be made to the account from which the payment has been received.
Yes, you can enroll for multiple courses with the same login ID. As soon as you subscribe and pay for the course, you will receive the course activation email on your registered email ID.

Yes, you can refer our courses to your friends and family. They will also get the promo codes with applied discounts.

You will have a limited access of 3 month to complete the course. Once you have completed the course with the certification, you will not be able to access the course again.
